Recruitment and Activities Coordinator

This role offers a seasonal opportunity to work in the Municipality of Anchorage. The hourly rate starts at $16.77, with the potential to earn up to $21.45.

About the Position:
  • Leads junior staff members in delivering recreation activities and events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains facility cleanliness by monitoring participant behavior and adhering to established standards.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification is required.
  • One year of experience in a related program or activity is necessary.
  • Prior knowledge of recreational equipment is essential for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Candidates affiliated with the Anchorage Municipal Employees Association (AMEA) will be given preference.
