Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator - Customer Service Representative to join our Credit & Collections department. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Cashiering duties, including balancing and preparing deposits
  • Operate cash machines and perform other financial transactions
  • Process credit balance refunds and adjustments
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies
  • Assist with various Heating Assistance Programs
  • Perform general collection functions, including active and closed accounts
  • File and scan documents, as well as search archives for historical information
  • Process outgoing and returned mail, sort mail, and enter mailing address changes
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email correspondence
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Ability to type 50 wpm and ten-key by touch
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Alaska driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle under ENSTAR's driving policy
  • Pass a drug, credit, background, past employment, and driving record check

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
