Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Maiker Housing Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of multi-family residential real estate properties, preparing leases and other legal paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of multi-family residential real estate properties, including preparing leases and other legal paperwork.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain tenant files, including processing rent payments and handling maintenance requests.
  • Oversee the completion of security dispositions in a timely fashion.
  • Answer phones, take appropriate action, or direct calls to proper administrative functions at the community.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing leasing and property management.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi Property Management software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
