Position Title: Client Relations Associate
Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available in-office (no remote options)
Location: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Open Positions: 6 positions available (3 for Indoor Client Relations, 3 for Outdoor Client Relations)
Hourly Compensation: $17 to $18
Office Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6 AM PST to 12 AM PST
Shift Details: 8 hours with a 30-minute break for full-time (minimum 40 hours per week)
5 hours with a 15-minute break for part-time (minimum 20-25 hours per week, 5 days)
(2 rotating days off weekly)

Note: Weekend availability is required.

As a family-oriented company, we are looking for enthusiastic Client Relations Associates to join our team, offering both full-time and part-time roles for indoor and outdoor positions. Comprehensive training will be provided to all selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities for Indoor Client Relations Associates:

  • Welcome and assist customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in an office environment.
  • Generate rental agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage vehicle check-outs and check-ins, ensuring accurate verification of customer details, insurance, vehicle specifics, VIN numbers, mileage, and fuel levels.
  • Receive thorough paid training on the job.
  • Occasionally handle customer calls, directing them to appropriate locations and providing local directions and information.

Key Responsibilities for Outdoor Client Relations Associates:

  • Oversee vehicle check-ins.
  • Receive comprehensive paid training on the job.
  • Perform vehicle cleaning, parking, and relocation within the parking facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Fundamental computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license.
  • Legal authorization to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • Potential for additional commission (details provided during training).
