We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to play a crucial role in our organization. This position involves overseeing various tasks such as workforce management, achieving daily productivity targets, ensuring quality standards, and generating daily and weekly reports.

Your responsibilities will also include assessing and documenting vehicle conditions while fostering a safe and efficient workplace. The essential duties may vary, providing numerous opportunities for professional growth as we expand and seek committed long-term operators.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of automotive vehicles.
  • Utilize different equipment to ensure the interior of vehicles meets established standards.
  • Keep precise records of all tasks completed.
  • Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Develop processes and standards aimed at maximizing productivity and safety.
  • Consistently meet processing and standardization benchmarks.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor profit and loss, labor expenses, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Encourage team member engagement, high productivity levels, and accountability.
  • Create and implement procedures to ensure stability and optimize productivity.
  • Build robust client relationships founded on trust, reliability, and accountability.


Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in automotive service, detailing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software is required.
  • Management experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and bend while working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and ownership.


Insurance Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of experience handling similar responsibilities.
  • Prior driving experience with various vehicles (trucks, vans, cars) is necessary.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver's license with no moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
