Compensation:
$16.00 per hour plus performance bonuses

Delta World Tire is recognized as one of the largest independent tire retailers in the region, boasting an extensive inventory of over 30,000 tires. In addition to tire sales, we provide comprehensive automotive repair and preventive maintenance services.

Our ASE certified technicians are equipped to assist with a variety of services, including alignments, brake repairs, oil changes, battery replacements, suspension work, belts and hoses, and air conditioning services.


The Retail Operations Supervisor is tasked with promoting and selling all products and services available at Delta World Tire, adhering to the company's established store standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:


Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone, utilizing the company's standardized customer service protocols.


Listen attentively to customers' concerns; inspect vehicles and reference service history to accurately identify and confirm service needs.

Recommend services based on a thorough understanding of the products and their service requirements.

Effectively communicate any additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer, enabling informed decision-making.

Ensure all recommendations are properly documented in the customer file.


Encourage the sale of relevant services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating a solid understanding of the products and associated service requirements.


Provide customers with accurate quotes that detail costs and estimated completion times for approved services.

Keep customers informed throughout the day regarding the status of their services.


Follow established procedures when processing customer transactions, including reviewing completed multi-point inspections and explaining applicable warranties.

Conduct follow-up calls after repairs and declined services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor all new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not mandatory

Professional appearance and proven ability to thrive in a process-driven environment

Possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire

Possess a State Inspector License or the ability to acquire one within 30 days of hire

ASE Certified Service Consultant Certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire

Willingness to work a minimum of five days, including weekends
