We are in search of a skilled and proactive Operations Supervisor to manage the daily functions of our facility. This role entails overseeing the comprehensive management and strategic direction of the operations, ensuring efficient daily workflows, optimizing profitability, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a thorough understanding of the recreational sector, and the capability to lead a diverse team. Working Conditions:
