Job Overview:
This role is pivotal in overseeing and directing the financial and accounting operations within the agency. The Finance Operations Supervisor will ensure the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of financial operations including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
2. Supervise the maintenance of project ledgers and prepare monthly financial reports.
3. Oversee the annual budget submission and GAAP packet preparation.
4. Collaborate with agency personnel to manage project budgets effectively.
5. Provide necessary documentation and support for external audits.
6. Address inquiries and resolve issues from various stakeholders including government agencies and internal staff.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in financial management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced communication skills.
