Job Summary

The Assisted Living Sales and Outreach Manager role serves as a key sales team member and business partner to Assisted Living at Horizon House (Seattle). This position is pivotal in driving lead generation and sales for our Assisted Living community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, develop, and nurture referral network relationships and produce referrals.
  • Achieve lead generation objectives with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase assisted living occupancy.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Horizon House and other services for older adults. Act as a resource for referral partners.
  • Work closely with the Assisted Living Director to facilitate external move-ins that lead to increased occupancy.
  • Use CRM to track and report on business development activities, prospective residents, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Five years of successful outside sales experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to successfully plan and execute project goals.
  • Strong team player mentality.
  • A proven record of successful sales.
  • Must be motivated and able to perform work independently.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to interact appropriately with seniors.
  • Excellent computer skills, including competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database management software, and use of the Web.
