Job Overview

As a Human Resources Generalist with the Central California Army Recruiting Battalion, you will play a critical role in supporting the readiness, health, and welfare of all soldiers. Your responsibilities will include performing personnel and administrative functions, providing human resources support to all military members, and ensuring the effective operation of the battalion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and enlist new soldiers
  • Process personnel transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to battalion staff
  • Ensure compliance with Army regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen or I-551 cardholder
  • Must be between the age of 17-34
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a criminal background check with no open law violations
  • Must pass a drug screen
  • No felony
  • Must currently be in good health with no physical limitations
