Personal Assistant to a Family

Job Summary:
Nanny Authority, Inc. is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Household Manager to join our team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the household, ensuring the smooth running of the family's various properties, and providing exceptional support to the family.
Responsibilities:
- House Management:
- Manage household accounts and payroll
- Oversee the family's various properties
- Schedule and supervise staff
- Personal Assistant:
- Contact maintenance and vendors
- Handle correspondence and communication
- Plan and coordinate parties and events
- Arrange personal errands and travel
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Be child-friendly and willing to assist with childcare duties
- Work collaboratively with other household staff
- Drive and have a valid driver's license
- Be fully Covid vaccinated
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Household Manager or Personal Assistant
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8am-6pm
Salary and Benefits:
$115k - $140k per year, plus benefits
