  • Facilitate daily activities and ensure effective time management.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including correspondence, mail management, and personal errands.
  • Complete all assignments with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the care and supervision of pets at the residences, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Maintain a constantly evolving personal and family calendar, requiring regular communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate interactions between the residences, offices, vendors, and contractors.
  • Organize and manage travel itineraries and arrangements.
  • Address special requests and projects as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient command of the English language with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent references from previous employers are mandatory.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant within a private family setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Technologically adept, with proficiency in both Mac and PC platforms.
  • Professional demeanor and mindset, exercising discretion at all times.
  • Experience and comfort with pets or animals are essential.
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment in prior roles.
  • Valid Driver's License with the ability to drive in urban and suburban environments.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
