We are in search of a seasoned Personal Concierge to provide comprehensive support to a high-net-worth family, assisting with their daily routines, travel arrangements, household management, and more. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the family enjoys a comfortable, organized, and positive environment.
The selected candidate will work closely with both principals and collaborate with a dedicated team that includes a chief of staff, household manager, domestic staff, and childcare providers.
The ideal individual will possess a passion for thorough research and meticulous planning, particularly in areas such as travel, dining, entertainment, and leisure activities. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, along with strong professional references, is required. Flexibility and full availability are essential, as prompt responsiveness is expected at all times.
Working hours are variable, with evening and weekend availability required. An average workweek may exceed 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars proactively, including scheduling appointments and making reservations
- Conduct detailed research for dining options, accommodations, travel itineraries, service providers, events, and activities
- Maximize the use of rewards programs and airline miles whenever feasible
- Maintain organized documentation and records
- Assist in planning and coordinating events
- Facilitate online purchases and manage deliveries and returns with household staff
- Address and resolve issues that arise via phone, text, or email, including during evenings and weekends

Compensation Package:
- Base salary of $120,000 per year
