About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our territory strategy, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and referrals.
  • Articulate ATI's value proposition and differentiators to prospective clients and partners.
  • Use Salesforce and MS Office to drive strong account and territory management.
  • Utilize ATI's Sales Best Practices to drive opportunity and results.
  • Achieve quarterly sales quota.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or equivalent in exercise science/physiology, sports/performance training, or kinesiology.
  • 1-2 years sales or healthcare experience with ability to build rapport and create relationships, prospect new opportunities, sell value proposition, and achieve quota.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and handle objections.
  • Ability to achieve quota and retain customers.
