We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Salesforce Inc. As a Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Account Executives, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports to enhance their sales skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience leading a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong drive for results and customer satisfaction
