Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example, fostering positive customer interactions and enhancing their experience.

• Analyze business performance and devise strategies to improve results while sustaining existing successes.


• Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire your team to excel in customer experience, consistent sales performance, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.


• Collaborate with your team to identify obstacles to their success and determine how to support and enhance their sales performance.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Innovatively promote store visibility through community involvement, marketing initiatives, and networking efforts.

• Cultivate leadership by motivating the sales team through a consultative sales and service approach.


• Manage store operations while being accountable for personal and store sales, as well as developing a high-performing, motivated team.

• Effectively manage customer traffic and balance wait times.


• Stay informed about all products, services, and promotions, ensuring effective communication in educating others about relevant information.

• Ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times.

• Maintain the store's appearance and compliance with T-Mobile's merchandising standards.

• Adhere to guidelines set by T-Mobile and Verge Mobile, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Passionate about leading a team and committed to fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.

• Competitive and driven to exceed sales targets.

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (preferably in wireless retail management).

• Experience in supervising, managing, and training employees in a retail environment.

• Familiarity with wireless industry standards and technology is preferred.

• Basic understanding of operational and financial management (P&L) principles.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build trusting relationships.

• Positive, supportive, and cooperative attitude.

• Ability to balance customer needs with performance objectives.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Pass a pre-employment background check (consideration will be given to qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws).

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
