Role Overview

As a Retail Operations Leader, you exemplify our commitment to engaging, listening to, and guiding customers towards products that resonate with their needs.

Through enthusiastic and focused leadership, you will inspire and develop your team to create memorable, inclusive customer interactions that enhance overall store performance.


Working full-time on-site, including some weekend shifts, you will oversee budgeting, store-specific marketing initiatives, and the expansion of the store's clientele, as well as orchestrating the daily operations of a team of Retail Consultants.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional, capable of approaching this role with diligence, passion, and an unwavering dedication to excellence.

What We Seek
• Management experience in a customer service setting

• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve commercial objectives

• Skill in introducing Aesop products to clients through hands-on demonstrations

• History of successfully leading and mentoring a team, fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe workplace

• Demonstrated empathy in managing interpersonal relationships

• Open-mindedness and a deep curiosity to understand others, listen without judgment, and act on diverse viewpoints

• Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial insight, and merchandising capabilities

• Familiarity with the skin care industry (preferred)

• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (preferred)

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite

Successful candidates will be available for a 40-hour work week, including weekends, and must have the flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings and holidays.
