Job Summary:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales objectives through selling activities, including cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, product in-services, and driving market share and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge, as well as experience in the medical field, preferably within the VA Health System.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives
* Analyze key sales and marketing data to determine the most leverageable opportunities in the territory
* Understand customer's environment, including key decision makers, challenges, and opportunities for Coloplast
* Ensure timely advancement of the sale process with all targeted accounts, achieving/exceeding the annual minimum required contract commitments

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree required
* Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the medical field, preferably within the VA Health System
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
* High attention to detail and follow through
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
