Job Title: Advanced Energy Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Advanced Energy Territory Manager to join our team at Hologic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and technology adoption in your assigned territory to achieve sales objectives and quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical programs to encourage growth within existing accounts and develop opportunities with targeted customers.
  • Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to close, ensuring results are achieved by frequently assessing pipeline, forecast, and quota to actual.
  • Develop and maintain both territory business plans and individual account plans, introducing new technology to targeted customers through presentations, demonstrations, and clinical evaluations.
  • Establish consistent and professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and collaborate with teammates and counterparts in base business and competitive account strategies.
  • Represent Hologic at regional and national trade shows and meetings, facilitating the adoption of new products at strategic accounts as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of medical sales experience, preferably in the Operating Room.
  • Surgical energy experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, prospecting, account planning, funnel and forecasting, time and territory management, call execution, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer and Market Knowledge – knows customer and needs, understands procedures.
  • Territory Planning and Activity Execution – determines sales target priorities to reach quota.
  • Market Development – understands how to prioritize opportunities and field focus.
  • Proven sales success and documented track record to an assigned sales quota.
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to work remotely without daily supervision.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

The total compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $220,000, based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/ geography, education, business needs, market demand, and performance versus quota.
