Sales Consultant

As a Sales and Clienteling Expert at Tapestry, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and personalized experience for our customers, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of sales and clienteling strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding the brand's Service and Selling Models
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers
- Discuss product features and build sales by leveraging cross-selling skills and abilities
- Follow up with customers consistently and genuinely to influence and close sales
Operations:
- Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store appearance, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Coach standards
- Adhere to all applicable retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Asset Protection procedures
- Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including flexible scheduling and working nights, weekends, and holidays
