Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team at Zero Impact Solutions. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in generating leads, managing the sales process, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research properties and identify decision-makers to support sales efforts
  • Manage and update our CRM system to ensure accurate and timely sales data
  • Assist the sales team with miscellaneous tasks, including data entry, reporting, and communication
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and update them on project statuses
  • Write correspondence between clients and state organizations
  • Participate in project calls and site visits to support sales efforts
  • Assist with contract management and prospecting new customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of latest developments
  • Coordinate with sales and engineering departments to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
