Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Stephens. As a key member of our account service team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Account Management: Oversee the execution of client deliverables, including the development of marketing materials, sales presentations, and other related activities.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue and secure new clients.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including Assistant Account Managers and Account Managers.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver presentations to clients and prospects, showcasing the agency's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, marketing, or related field.
  • Certifications: Appropriate insurance licenses in each state where business is being solicited.
