Role Summary:
As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in overseeing the submission, quotation, and binding processes for our clientele. Collaborating closely with producers, you will ensure that all client and carrier partner requirements are addressed promptly and professionally. Your keen organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in upholding our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submission Oversight: Record and manage incoming submissions, liaise with producers, and guarantee that all pertinent information is accurately documented and organized.
  • Quotation Management: Work alongside producers to address retailer and market inquiries, prepare and dispatch quotes to agents, and ensure all documentation is systematically filed.
  • Policy Binding: Generate binders, coordinate with carriers and agents for policy numbers and invoices, and follow up on the issuance of policies.
  • Account Finalization: Oversee the closure process for non-binding accounts, document closure reasons, and track for potential future opportunities.
  • Post-Binding Oversight: Ensure all conditions are met, maintain organized file systems, manage endorsement requests, and assist producers with ongoing policy-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the insurance sector is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster and maintain client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with the capacity to make prompt decisions.
