Customer Care Representative Job Description

Tri Pointe Homes is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring homeowners receive timely and professional support for warranty-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, addressing warranty-related concerns and providing clear guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of service requests to determine coverage and communicate with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams to provide excellent customer service and maintain open communication channels.
  • Perform quality control inspections and homeowner orientations to ensure compliance with company guidelines and standards.
  • Manage warranty costs, negotiate with trade partners, and track expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with sales and construction teams to deliver quality new homes and address any special conditions or issues on existing properties.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date product and home care knowledge to provide feature, function, and benefits information to homeowners and set proper maintenance and performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3 months of experience in home construction, customer care, or repair; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
