The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams to encourage technical implementation decisions, operating effectively in both remote and face-to-face environments. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of high-level business landscapes, strategic priorities, and the competitive marketplace to align technical solutions with business goals.

Key responsibilities include customer engagement, technical expertise, risk management, collaboration, product feedback and advocacy, and strategic advice and adoption journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering consultative sessions, interactive technical presentations, and collaborating on quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

The preferred candidate will have experience engaging with key customers, understanding their unique needs, and applying industry best practices to drive successful outcomes. They will also have a strong understanding of relevant Cisco products, including the NCS 5xx, ASR 9000, NCS 5500, and Cisco 8000 product suite.
