Customer Engagement and Support

Your ability to empathize and offer personalized advice will empower customers to make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

Personalized Assistance and Sales Support

You'll work closely with cross-functional and external teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential in delivering top-notch service. You'll also recognize opportunities to promote additional insurance products or policy upgrades based on customers' needs.

Adaptability and Collaboration

Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach. You'll collaborate with sales, underwriters, quoting specialists, and more to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Requirements and Benefits

We're looking for a motivated individual with 3 or more years of P&C experience and a P&C license. You'll also need exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and sales acumen.
