Position Overview:
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Horizon Auto Logistics SA will be a highly motivated and strategic leader responsible for steering the company's commercial initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the overall commercial strategy, ensuring that the organization excels in sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and align commercial strategies across diverse markets and subsidiaries.
• Oversee the management of tender processes and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
• Collaborate with regional management teams to drive commercial objectives and meet business targets.
• Formulate and execute account strategies that enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize the utilization of the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Serve as the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for designated Global Key Accounts.
• Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Lead assessments on the commercial viability of potential projects.

Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales with a history of progressive responsibility and achievements, particularly in leading high-performing teams and driving market expansion.
• Minimum of 5 years in senior commercial management roles, ideally within the logistics sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics; an MBA is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish or French is advantageous.
• Strong strategic mindset and business acumen, with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and achieve revenue growth targets.
• Experience in market analysis, business development, and customer relationship management is crucial.
• Significant background in logistics and supply chain management is required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
