Position Overview: The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations will oversee and manage the operational functions of physician clinics. This executive role is critical to optimizing clinic performance, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and leading strategic initiatives to expand our network. The SVP will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

○    Develop and execute the operational strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

○    Collaborate with the executive team to drive growth initiatives and operational improvements.

○    Provide leadership and direction to clinic managers and operational staff to ensure consistent execution of organizational policies and procedures.


  • Operational Excellence:

○    Oversee day-to-day operations of the physician clinics, including patient flow, staffing, and resource management.

○    Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess clinic performance and drive continuous improvement.

○    Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

  • Financial Management:

○    Develop and manage budgets for clinic operations, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are utilized efficiently.

○    Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.


  • Patient Experience:

○    Enhance patient satisfaction by ensuring high standards of care and a positive patient experience.

○    Address patient concerns and feedback to continuously improve service quality.


  • Team Development:

○    Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

○    Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of clinic staff.


  • Process Improvement:

○    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

○    Leverage technology and best practices to streamline operations and improve clinic performance.


  • Stakeholder Engagement:

○    Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and other key stakeholders.

○    Represent the company at industry events and with external partners.


Qualifications:

●    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

●    At least 5 years in a senior management role.

●    Proven track record of successfully managing multi-site operations within a healthcare setting.

●    Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.

●    Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

●    Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
