Position: Vice President of Sales Operations
Location: United States (East Coast or Central Preferred)
Department: Commercial
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full accountability for the company’s CRM platform.
- Analysis and metrics for sales representatives, bookings, pipeline, and revenue conversion.
- Comprehensive management of the Proposal and Contracts workflow.
- Lead the Commercial initiatives for RFP/RFI submissions.
- Ownership of Pricing Books and models, ensuring timely updates as necessary.
- Capability to forecast and monitor data, KPIs, and metrics to illustrate the overall growth of the Commercial division.
- Develop master slide presentations to support the Business Development, Proposal, and Demonstration processes.
- Draft, update, and finalize all Commercial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies for distribution through the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Oversee the tracking of inside sales campaigns, reporting conversion rates to leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to drive new opportunities into the sales funnel.
- Conduct Commercial training sessions for new hires as the Business Development team expands.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced education preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years in a Sales or Proposal Management role.
- Experience with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), Site, or Sponsor is essential.
- Extensive experience with CRM systems is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role is required.
- Familiarity with PipeDrive CRM or similar software tools is advantageous.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Sitero LLC proudly offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary, variable pay, paid time off, and comprehensive healthcare and retirement benefits.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Full Time, Permanent
WORK COMMITMENTS:
- Standard working hours of 40 hours per week, with a one-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as necessary.
