Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Chief Executive Officer and other executives to formulate and execute operational strategies that align with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Transform strategic objectives into practical initiatives, ensuring cohesive execution across all departments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to foster alignment and synergy across various operational areas.
  • Enhance communication and coordination among departments to maximize operational efficiency and achieve collective goals.
  • Assess potential operational risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the deployment and upkeep of technological systems and infrastructure that support operational requirements, including information technology, facilities, and equipment.
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships, streamline supply chain processes, and guarantee timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Work alongside the Chief Financial Officer to formulate and oversee operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and enhance financial outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing development.
  • Regularly communicate operational performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders through comprehensive reporting and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior executive capacity.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations and best practices in operations management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Compensation: The starting salary for this position is $300,000.
