Our expanding Dental Division is integral to our mission of providing exceptional, holistic care. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Operations to oversee and optimize the operations of our dental services, ensuring high-quality care and operational excellence.

Position Overview: The Vice President (VP) of Operations for the Dental Division will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our dental services. This role involves overseeing daily operations, implementing best practices, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. The VP will work closely with the executive team to align dental operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Leadership:

○    Oversee the daily operations of the Dental Division, including patient scheduling, dental procedures, and clinic management.

○    Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective dental services.

○    Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

  1. Quality and Patient Care:

○    Maintain and enhance the quality of patient care by implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs.

○    Develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction and ensure a high standard of care is consistently delivered.

○    Address patient concerns and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance the patient experience.

  1. Financial Management:

○    Develop and manage budgets for the Dental Division, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are utilized efficiently.

○    Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to optimize financial outcomes.

○    Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  1. Staff Management and Development:

○    Lead, mentor, and develop the dental team, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.

○    Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of dental staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.

○    Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.

  1. Process Improvement:

○    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

○    Utilize technology and innovative solutions to streamline operations and improve patient care.

○    Conduct regular reviews and audits of operational processes to ensure optimal performance.

  1. Strategic Planning:

○    Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for the Dental Division.

○    Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand dental services and market presence.

○    Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the division remains competitive and up-to-date.

  1. Stakeholder Engagement:

○    Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.

○    Represent the Dental Division at industry events and with external partners.

○    Collaborate with other divisions within Premium Health Care to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

●    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Dental Hygiene, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.

●    5 years in a senior management role within the dental industry.

●    Proven track record of successfully managing dental operations and leading teams.

●    Strong understanding of dental industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

●    Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.

●    Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

●    Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
