Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Chicago Office About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Chicago office. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Director of Administrative Services and other team members. Key Responsibilities: * Greet visitors and guests, direct them to the appropriate staff member * Perform scheduling tasks, including A/V, conference room reservations, and tele-conference services * Maintain guest lists and assist with building access cards * Collect and reconcile reimbursement requests * Respond to telephone and electronic communications * Perform word processing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: * Minimum of two years of experience working as an administrative assistant * Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word) * Excellent organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette About Us: Williams Lea Group Limited is a leading provider of business process outsourcing services.
