Job Title: Administrative Specialist

As an Administrative Specialist at The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia, you will play a crucial role in the coordination of complex administrative functions and the maintenance of electronic information systems for Procurement Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer various administrative functions, including workflow administration and program support.
  • Develop and maintain information systems, including databases, electronic files, and websites.
  • Implement and maintain effective and professional office practices and procedures.
  • Provide coordination and support for programs and projects.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • None required
Physical Demands:

This is a primarily sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings and programs.
