Ambulatory Clinic Administrative Coordinator

The Ambulatory Clinic Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ambulatory clinics. This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication among providers, clinical and access team members, and other support services to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Perform various clerical duties to support clinic operations, including processing patient paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assume responsibility for maintaining clinic supplies and handling purchasing and maintenance transactions.
  • Contribute to the professional development of self and others, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the clinic.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Valid Virginia Driver's License may be required
Physical Demands:

The job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequent bending/stooping, climbing (ladder, steps), reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive), and driving. The individual must be able to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs and be exposed to various environmental conditions.
