Position Title: Clinical Administrative Coordinator at the Anesthesiology Division, Commonwealth of Virginia

The Anesthesiology Division at the Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a committed Clinical Administrative Coordinator to become an integral part of their workforce. This position entails delivering vital administrative assistance to departmental physicians, residents, and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) within a clinical setting. As a key contributor, you will help facilitate seamless operations in proximity to the operating rooms.

  • Work Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm with adaptable options
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Preparing necessary materials
    • Coordinating meetings
    • Managing telephone communications and triage
    • Data entry and support for presentations
    • Conducting library and PubMed research
    • Organizing media documentation
  • Required Qualifications: High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is advantageous
