Ambulatory Clinic Administrative Coordinator

The Ambulatory Clinic Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ambulatory clinics. This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of clinic operations and technology.

Key responsibilities include facilitating communication among providers, clinical and access team members, and other support services, as well as performing various clerical duties to support clinic operations.

Maintaining clinic supplies and handling purchasing and maintenance transactions are also essential aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is committed to providing excellent customer service and contributing to the professional development of others.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Valid Virginia Driver's License may be required

Physical Demands:

  • Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping, climbing (ladder, steps), reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive) and driving
  • Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly
  • Ability to lift/push/pull lbs. May be exposed to fumes, vibrations, heat, dust, noise, radiation and outdoor climate
