Business Development Manager

At OneMain Financial, the Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a work environment that enables exceptional customer experiences. This involves providing leadership and training to branch staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive results-oriented sales and collections performance, meeting individual and branch goals while exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the loan process and lifecycle.
- Present tailored financial solutions that cater to customers' needs, helping them achieve their goals.
- Offer optional insurance products that meet customers' requirements.
- Ensure customers have a clear understanding of loan terms and conditions.
- Develop expertise in credit underwriting techniques and sales tools.
- Manage the loan lifecycle, including closing loans, collections activities, and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Provide training and coaching to Branch Team Members and assume interim leadership in Branch Manager absences.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of achieving business objectives.
- Experience in financial services leadership.
- Able to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months, if required by state.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
