Position Overview: We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Supply Chain Operations Leader to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and effective functioning of our logistics network, which is vital for supporting our growth and upholding our dedication to outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming freight activities, ensuring timely and precise delivery of products.
  • Enhance logistics workflows to boost efficiency and minimize expenses.
  • Supervise external storage solutions, ensuring effective inventory oversight and tracking.
  • Resolve any challenges related to shipping, receiving, and storage.
  • Establish and execute robust inventory management practices.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments to ensure precision.
  • Maintain detailed inventory documentation and regulate stock levels to avert shortages or excess.
  • Examine inventory analytics to pinpoint trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Guarantee adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Compile and deliver regular updates on inventory status, incoming freight, and logistics performance.
  • Lead a team of 6-10 individuals.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing logistics operations within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Robust analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
