Position Summary: Our organization is in search of dedicated Supportive Living Assistants for roles in various residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate care and support to individuals in a group home environment.
  • Facilitate activities aimed at promoting personal growth and independence.
  • Provide services with professionalism and empathy.
  • Engage in behavior management strategies as outlined by the facility.
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments as necessary.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Flexible shifts available including mornings, evenings, and weekends, on both full-time and part-time schedules.
  • Competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
  • Weekly payment for services rendered.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
