Job Overview

The Millennium Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to manage mail operations efficiently.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as a point of contact between the mail services team and various departments.
  • Transport mail and packages across designated areas.
  • Handle the reception, categorization, and distribution of incoming correspondence, including letters and parcels.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of outgoing mail and prepare courier shipments using appropriate tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of all mailing activities and perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Oversee inventory management of mailing supplies and deliver necessary materials for mailing tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience in a mailroom or with courier services is preferred.
