Job Title: Front Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team at Fresh Form Draft. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff members
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for team members
  • Maintain an organized front office space, ensuring it is clean and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with efficiency
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration preferred
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on exceptional customer service
