Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Questify Fitness. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries when appropriate.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, managing calendars for executives or managers.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
  • Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring that records are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests, providing a positive and professional first impression.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, managing delivery schedules and distribution.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
