Role Summary:

The selected candidate will serve as a full-time Project Manager, focusing on community engagement and public communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships and leading projects across various topics, including transportation, sustainability, and urban planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects aimed at enhancing community engagement and public communication.
  • Develop strategic communication plans and create public information materials.
  • Foster client relationships and support business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Engage in new business pursuits by identifying opportunities and assisting in proposal creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in strategic communication.
  • Exceptional writing skills for business and public information documents.
  • Client-focused with strong management and development capabilities.
  • Efficient project management and marketing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a solid understanding of social media applications.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel for public meetings and events as required.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport materials for meetings and events.

Compensation: $78,000-$128,000
