Cognitive Care Community Manager

Pacifica Senior Living Oakland Heights is seeking a dedicated Cognitive Care Community Manager to enhance our team.
This role encompasses the daily management of our Memory Care Community. The primary focus is to orchestrate and execute programs and services tailored for residents experiencing cognitive challenges; ensure that care standards are not only met but exceeded; support and empower each Memory Care resident to achieve their utmost potential; and provide reassurance to families and friends that their loved ones are safe, secure, and receiving exceptional care.
The Cognitive Care Community Manager will cultivate a culture of engagement while prioritizing high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, coordinate, and evaluate care delivery to guarantee safe, effective, and suitable care
- Collaborate with team members to assess daily care levels of residents for quality assurance and confirm appropriate care levels
- Manage and supervise the evaluation of each resident's care needs
- Assess the performance of all Memory Care staff
- Direct all functions of the Memory Care department
Qualifications:
- LVN preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience in memory care is essential
- Capability to lead by example and provide hands-on care as necessary
- Must successfully pass a background check and comply with company drug screening policies
