Technical Support Specialist

We are a prominent real estate development and property management organization dedicated to delivering exceptional residential experiences while promoting career advancement for our employees.
This role is integral to our IT department, providing essential technical support to our staff. The position is divided into two levels:
- Level I: Entry-level assistance
- Level II: Advanced technical support
Both levels report directly to the IT Manager and are eligible for overtime compensation.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for employees requiring technical assistance.
- Conduct both desk-side and remote troubleshooting for a variety of IT challenges.
- Oversee and maintain the IT support ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and manage hardware, software, and network devices.
- Handle asset recovery and the reconditioning of equipment.
- Support the company's VOIP and video conferencing systems.
- Contribute to the development of documentation and process enhancements.
- Respond swiftly to IT issues and alerts.
- Proficient in MacOS, iOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel as needed.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced knowledge of network administration and VOIP technologies.
- Active contributor to process and procedure improvements.
