Position Overview:
As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with staff to accurately diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Setting up, configuring, and maintaining both hardware and software systems
- Providing training and support on various technical products and software tools
- Documenting all technical support requests and their resolutions in detail
- Keeping abreast of new technologies to enhance our support capabilities
- Overseeing daily support operations alongside strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk and Customer Service
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Suite, and other pertinent software
- Experience in supporting both internal and external users, including remote assistance
- Ability to manage high volumes of support requests while communicating effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
