SELN Program Support Specialist
The State Employment Leadership Network (SELN) is seeking a dedicated Program Support Specialist to collaborate with team members in facilitating project coordination and managing course operations. This role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel required for national engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate various project support initiatives.
- Oversee reporting and track learner progress for SELN eLearning programs.
- Contribute to the development of new eLearning course materials.
- Assist in fostering SELN's online community and enhancing user engagement strategies.
- Support the evaluation of network events and initiatives.
- Maintain the SELN events calendar.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree along with 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience is essential. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Familiarity with online survey tools, learning management systems, and online community engagement is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in employment services.
- Understanding of federal regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
