At HCLTech, we are seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our esteemed client's team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with program and account teams, as well as clients, to define and refine both short-term and long-term strategies, architectures, and requirements.

Enterprise Security Architecture: Assessment

Evaluate the robustness of security foundations within organizations, ensuring alignment of vision, strategies, processes, personnel, and technologies to optimize cybersecurity in support of business objectives.

Design & Implementation:

Develop and integrate security measures within organizations comprehensively, ensuring justification and completeness.

Technical Security Architecture: Assessment

Assess the effectiveness and appropriateness of technical designs in addressing relevant cybersecurity threats. Formulate and communicate new architectures that demonstrate their effectiveness in mitigating these threats.

Security Leadership & Management:

Oversee the planning, management, and organization of Security Architecture delivery to clients, while contributing to the development of the Security Architecture Practice within the organization.

Security Transformation:

Engage in large-scale transformation initiatives, enhancing capabilities to assess and design cybersecurity frameworks.

Communication & Influencing:

Work with senior stakeholders, employing Security Architecture methodologies and materials to influence decision-making.

Qualifications

- 19+ years of experience in the IT sector, particularly in infrastructure and IT security within large organizations.

- Extensive background in cybersecurity consulting, addressing complex client challenges.

- Core competencies include Security Architecture and Engineering, Security Operations, Identity and Access Management, Network Security, and Governance Risk and Compliance.

- Proficient in Security Operations Centers, Security Information and Event Management, Vulnerability Management, and various cybersecurity assessments.

- Previous experience in designing and integrating diverse information technologies, managing complex system interfaces, and developing secure architectures.

- Familiarity with industry-standard Architectural Methodologies and Frameworks such as SABSA and TOGAF.

- Knowledge of relevant technologies (Networks, Servers, Virtualization, Applications, Identity Management) and secure implementation practices.

- Understanding of threat modeling, risk assessment, and necessary controls at both organizational and technical levels.

- Insight into how business strategy, risk, regulation, and technical constraints shape organizational responses to cybersecurity challenges.

- Knowledge of security methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.

- Experience with risk and regulatory frameworks such as NIST 800, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective presentations and report writing.

- Background in business development or sales, including leading proposal teams and crafting successful RFP responses.

CERTIFICATIONS:

Relevant cybersecurity qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO Lead Auditor.
