About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Outside Sales professional to join our dynamic team within the packaging sector. This is a permanent role where the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth in a competitive landscape. The ideal individual will possess a solid background in outside sales, particularly within the engineering domain, and will have a strong focus on display, packaging, and POP display solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering sector.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering customized solutions.
  • Present and showcase product offerings to prospective clients, emphasizing their advantages and features.
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Expertise in display, packaging, and POP display.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Self-driven with a focus on results.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adeptness at managing objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
