About the Position:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Outside Sales professional to join our dynamic team in the packaging sector. This is a permanent opportunity where the successful individual will play a key role in driving sales growth within a competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in outside sales, particularly within the engineering domain, and will have specialized knowledge in display, packaging, and point of purchase (POP) displays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering sector.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing customized solutions.
  • Present and showcase product offerings to prospective clients, emphasizing their advantages and features.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, ideally in the packaging sector.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient knowledge in display, packaging, and POP displays.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Self-driven with a focus on results.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adeptness at handling objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
